I recently used their services for a property closing, and I have to say I was somewhat underwhelmed. The website was easy to navigate, but the communication with the team was lacking. I had to constantly follow up for updates, and their responses were often delayed. While the final outcome was satisfactory, the overall experience left much to be desired. I appreciate the effort, but the service could definitely be more proactive and attentive. 😐
