I recently stayed at one of their properties and found the overall experience to be average. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the room could have been cleaner and some amenities were in need of maintenance. The website was easy to navigate, but I did encounter some difficulty with the online booking system. The pricing was reasonable, but I would have appreciated more transparency with additional fees. Overall, it was an adequate stay, but there is definitely room for improvement in several areas.
