I recently had the opportunity to interact with an insurance company and I must say that my experience was quite average. The representatives were professional, but lacked a personal touch during our interactions. Additionally, the response time to my inquiries was not as prompt as I would have liked. Despite these shortcomings, the company did offer competitive rates for their insurance policies, which is definitely a plus. However, I would hope to see an improvement in their customer service department in the future in order to enhance the overall experience for their clients. Overall, an average experience.
