As a long-time customer of American Express Open, I must say that their services are average at best. The website is user-friendly and the rewards program is decent. However, their customer service needs improvement. There have been instances where I've had to wait on hold for a long time to speak to a representative. Overall, I would say that American Express Open is a solid choice but not outstanding.
