I had a mixed experience with the Hopeland Foundation. While their mission and work are commendable, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was often unresponsive and unhelpful when I had questions or concerns. Additionally, their website could use some improvements as it was difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
