I have been a customer of Lights & Shadows for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the overall experience is satisfactory. However, there have been instances where I have faced issues with their customer support team. They were not very responsive and it took them a while to resolve my queries. In terms of pricing, I find them to be slightly on the higher side compared to their competitors. Overall, I would rate Lights & Shadows as an average company.
