I recently purchased some RFID products from the company's website. The website design was smooth and user-friendly, which made browsing and selecting items a seamless experience. Shipping was efficient, and my products arrived well-packaged. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few questions about my order and struggled to get a timely response. 🤔 Moreover, I noticed that the prices were slightly higher compared to similar products from other brands. On the positive side, the quality of the products was good, and they have a decent selection to choose from. Overall, my experience was average. If they enhance their customer service and consider revising their pricing strategy, they could definitely improve.
