I have been using Digital-pos for the past year and I must say their service is average. I expected more from a company that claims to be at the forefront of digital solutions. While their website is user-friendly, the overall experience with their POS system has been lukewarm. The features are basic and lack the advanced options I was looking for. The customer support is responsive, but could be more helpful. Overall, I would rate Digital-pos as just average.
