Perket technologies, inc is an average company. The website perket.com is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff is not very knowledgeable and it takes forever to get a response to any inquiries. Overall, it's not a bad experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
