As a small business owner, I decided to try out a virtual assistant service to help manage some of the administrative tasks. After finding Virtual Assist USA online, I was hopeful that they could provide the support I needed. The website was easy to navigate and the initial onboarding process was smooth. However, I found the overall experience to be average. While the virtual assistant assigned to me was friendly and responsive, I was expecting a bit more proactivity and initiative in handling tasks. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but there were some occasional oversights. 🤔 I appreciated the flexibility and convenience of the service, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and attention to detail.
