I recently purchased a new laptop from this company's website. The selection was quite impressive, and the prices were reasonable. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and I had to contact customer service multiple times for updates. 🙁 Despite the delays, the laptop arrived in good condition and is working well so far. The website could be improved with more detailed product descriptions and clearer shipping information. Overall, my experience was average, and I would consider purchasing from them again as long as the shipping process is more efficient next time.
