I had an average experience with Greater Rochester Association of Realtors, Inc. The website grar.org was easy to navigate and had helpful resources. However, I felt that the customer service could use improvement. The staff was not very responsive to my inquiries and it took longer than expected to get a response. Overall, it was an okay experience.
