I recently stayed at a resort managed by this company and had a decent experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the facilities and room decor seemed a bit outdated. The dining options were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. On the positive side, the location was convenient and the outdoor activities available were enjoyable. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in making my stay comfortable. However, I believe there is room for improvement in updating the facilities and enhancing the overall guest experience. Overall, it was an okay experience. 🙂
