I recently used the services of this company for home security and felt that the experience was average. The website was user-friendly and I was able to browse through their various service options easily. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking, as it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. The installation process was efficient, but I encountered a few minor issues afterwards that required follow-up. The overall security system works as expected, but I wish the initial setup had been smoother. While I appreciate the convenience of their online tools, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of communication and service delivery.
