My experience at Berkeley Medical Center was average overall. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. However, the wait time was quite long and it took a while to get an appointment. The doctors were knowledgeable and provided good care, but the administrative process could be improved. I would still recommend this medical center for their quality of care.
