I recently worked with this company for some natural stone products, and I have to say I found the whole experience quite average. The quality of the products was decent, but the customer service could use some improvement. Communication was a bit lacking, and it took longer than expected to get updates on the progress of my order. The website was easy to navigate, but I feel like there could be more detailed information about the products available. Overall, my experience was okay, but not exceptional. I may consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service and communication.
