I recently had my floors redone by a flooring company. The experience was overall satisfactory, but there were a few issues that could have been better. The team at 5starflooringinc.com did a good job with the installation, but the communication could have been improved. There were some delays in the project, which caused inconvenience. However, the end result was satisfactory and the floors look great. I would consider hiring them again in the future.
