I recently purchased a batch of plastic containers from a company that I found online. I was impressed with the quality of the products and the prompt delivery, but I was disappointed to discover that the company's customer service was lacking. I had a question about the order, and it took multiple attempts to get a response. Overall, I was satisfied with the products, but the customer service could use some improvement.
