I recently had the opportunity to work with a local property management company while searching for a new home. I came across their website, and initially, I was impressed with how user-friendly it was. The layout was simple and easy to navigate, allowing me to find the information I needed quickly. However, I was slightly disappointed with the lack of variety in property options. I was hoping to see a wider range of listings available, but unfortunately, the options were limited. The customer service I received was adequate, with polite and responsive staff, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to assist me in my search. Overall, my experience with the company was average. While they offer a straightforward website and satisfactory customer service, it would be beneficial for them to expand their inventory and improve their level of assistance to stand out in the competitive market.
