I have mixed feelings about my experience with Akt party rentals and custom furniture. While their products are of decent quality, the overall customer service could use improvement. I had some issues with the delivery and pickup of the rental items, and it took longer than expected to resolve the problems. However, once the issues were addressed, the staff was friendly and helpful. The custom furniture I ordered turned out well, but it took longer than originally promised. Overall, my experience with Akt was average, and I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
