I recently had the opportunity to interact with what I believe to be the Alabama Medicaid Agency. My experience was positive overall. The agency's website, medicaid.alabama.gov, was user-friendly and provided the information I needed. The staff members I spoke with were courteous and knowledgeable, addressing my concerns promptly. I appreciate their efforts in assisting individuals and families with their healthcare needs. Based on my experience, I rate the agency as average.
