I recently visited this care facility and found the staff to be quite friendly and attentive. They seemed knowledgeable and caring, which was comforting. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of organized activities and engagement for the residents. It would be great to see more efforts put into creating a lively and stimulating environment for the residents. Additionally, the facility could benefit from some updates and maintenance to the physical space. Overall, the care provided is adequate, but there is room for improvement in terms of enriching the quality of life for the residents.
