🚌 Overall, I had an average experience with this bus service. 👍 The company website was user-friendly, allowing me to easily book my ticket online. 😊 The buses were clean and comfortable, with ample legroom and decent amenities. 😌 However, the timeliness of the buses was a major disappointment. ⏰ On multiple occasions, the buses arrived late, causing inconvenience and delays to my travel plans. 🙁 Additionally, the customer service was lacking in responsiveness and could have been more helpful in addressing my concerns. 😔 Overall, the service provided by this bus company was satisfactory but did not exceed my expectations. 🤷‍♀️ I would recommend them if you are not too concerned about punctuality and are looking for an average travel experience. 🚍
