The service provided by Medical Associates of Northern New Mexico is average. I was not overly impressed with their customer service or the quality of care that was provided. I felt like I was just another number in their system and not a valued patient. The wait times were also quite long and there was often a lack of communication between the staff and myself. Overall, I would say that my experience with this company was just okay.
