I recently had the opportunity to interact with Kenzi's Causes and overall, I had an average experience. While their website was easy to navigate and find information, I found their response time to be slower than expected. They were able to answer my questions, but it took longer than I would have liked. Additionally, the process for making a donation was a bit confusing as the options were not clearly outlined. However, I appreciate the work that Kenzi's Causes does and the impact they have in the community.
