Sadhana yoga retreat is a wonderful experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of nature. The daily yoga classes are challenging but also relaxing and rejuvenating. I have been to many yoga retreats, but Sadhana is definitely one of the best. Highly recommended!
