I recently had a not so pleasant experience with Lotte (malaysia) sdn bhd. The website was difficult to navigate and the products I received were not up to the mark. It took a while for the customer service team to address my concerns, and even then, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I am disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend Lotte (malaysia) sdn bhd.
