We've been using a visitor management system in our office and recently switched to Vitec. So far, we're quite satisfied with the overall performance. The system is easy to navigate and provides us with the necessary features to manage visitors effectively. However, we do wish there were more integrations available and the customization options were a bit more flexible. Nonetheless, it's a solid solution.
