As a customer of the New York State Department of Transportation, I must say that their services are quite average. While they do get the job done, there is definitely room for improvement. The website is a bit outdated and hard to navigate, and the response time for inquiries could be quicker. Overall, it's not a terrible experience, but it's not great either.
