I recently became a member of this credit union after hearing positive things about their services. 🏦 While the website was easy to navigate and offered convenient online features, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives seemed a bit uninterested and not as helpful as I had hoped. Additionally, the interest rates on some of their accounts were not as competitive as other institutions. On the positive side, I did appreciate the security measures they had in place for online banking. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope to see improvements in their customer service in the future.
