I recently used the services of this dry cleaning company and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and provided clear information about their services and pricing. The staff was polite and helpful when I dropped off my items. However, the turnaround time for getting my clothes back was a bit longer than I had expected, and I had to follow up with them to ensure they were ready for pick-up. The quality of the cleaning was acceptable, but I noticed a few small issues with wrinkles and creases on some garments. Overall, it was an average experience, but with a few improvements in turnaround time and quality control, it could be a better service.
