I had a mixed experience with Relocation Reliance. The initial communication and booking process were smooth, but there were some issues during the actual move. The movers were late, and some of my items got damaged in transit. However, the customer service team was quick to resolve my concerns and compensate for the damages. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
