👍 I recently purchased some bearings for my machinery from this company. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. The prices were reasonable and the ordering process was smooth. However, there were some issues with the delivery. It took longer than expected to receive the products, and there was a lack of communication regarding the delay. Nevertheless, the products were of good quality and met my requirements. The customer service was average, as they were responsive but could have been more proactive in providing updates. Overall, I had an average experience with this company. 👌
