I recently went on a vacation and used the services of a popular travel agency. The experience was overall satisfactory, but I was not impressed by some aspects of their service. However, I don't want to mention the company name here. The rates offered by the agency were competitive and their customer service was satisfactory. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their website's user-friendliness. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are other travel agencies that might offer a better overall package.
