I've been attending Pilates HQ for a few months and I am absolutely loving it! The instructors are so knowledgeable and make each class enjoyable. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. I've seen great improvements in my strength and flexibility since starting Pilates. I highly recommend giving Pilates HQ a try!
