Over the past year, I have been shopping at Cerceau and I have to say that their service has been consistently average. The website is not the most user-friendly and it can be difficult to find what you're looking for. The prices are reasonable, but the quality of the products is hit or miss. There have been a few instances where I received products that were damaged or not as described. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
