My experience with The Islamic Bank of Asia Limited has been average so far. The website provides the required information, but the online banking system can be improved. The customer service is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in responsiveness. I would like to see more innovative Islamic financial products offered by the bank. Overall, I think there is potential for the bank to provide excellent services with some improvements.
