I had an average experience with Flave Innovations. The website, flaveinnovations.com, was easy to use and had a nice layout. However, their customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and their answers were not very helpful. The product I purchased was of good quality though. Overall, I would say that Flave Innovations is an okay company.
