I recently had the opportunity to visit the eye institute for a routine check-up. I must say, the experience was average. The staff was courteous and provided decent customer service. However, I found the waiting time to be a bit long, which was slightly frustrating. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but I feel there is room for improvement in terms of the overall ambiance. The appointment itself was thorough, and the doctor made an effort to explain the procedures and results. The website provided useful information, although it could be more user-friendly. Overall, my experience at the eye institute was average. While they offered satisfactory service, there are areas where they can improve to provide a better customer experience.
