The care provided by Odyssey Hospice was average. While the staff was generally pleasant, there were times when our concerns were not properly addressed. The facility was clean, but the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. The quality of care was sufficient but did not go above and beyond. Although the experience was not exceptional, it was decent enough considering the circumstances.
