I had an average experience with Better metal buildings. The website looked professional and easy to navigate, but I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. The quality of the building was decent, but there were some issues with the installation. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
