I recently completed a coaching program with Coach Transformation Academy. The program covered important coaching concepts and techniques. The trainers were knowledgeable, but at times lacked enthusiasm. The online platform was user-friendly, but some of the resources were outdated. Overall, the program provided a good foundation, but there is room for improvement in terms of delivery and engagement.
