I recently had a mixed experience with the company. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their services. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. The representatives were friendly, but it took longer than expected to get a response to my questions. On the positive side, the products were of decent quality and were delivered on time. Overall, I would say it was an average experience. I hope the company can improve their communication with customers to enhance the overall experience.
