I recently purchased a policy from this insurance company and my experience was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and the quote process was straightforward. However, the customer service could have been more responsive and proactive in addressing my questions and concerns. The policy options were adequate, but I found the premiums to be on the higher side compared to other providers. Overall, I would say it's a decent option for insurance, but there are definitely areas where they could improve to better serve their customers.
