I recently came across a financial services company based in Australia that provides investment opportunities. I was looking for a platform to invest and decided to give this company a try. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not as detailed as I had hoped. The lack of personalized interaction made me feel like just another number.
