At Full Lotus Yoga, I found a sanctuary where I can escape the stresses of daily life. The instructors are incredibly talented and guide you through a transformative practice. The positive energy in the studio is infectious, and the classes always leave me feeling renewed and grateful. I can't recommend Full Lotus Yoga enough.
