I have been a customer of this company for a while...

I have been a customer of this company for a while now and I have to say their service has been consistently average. While they do deliver on time and have a wide range of products, their customer support is lacking. The staff is not very knowledgeable and it can be quite frustrating when you have specific questions. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to do business with.
