The online experience on hixtontravelplaza.com was 👌. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information I needed for my trip. However, I must say that the actual travel experience was not as impressive. The service at the travel plaza was just average. The staff seemed a bit disinterested and I had to wait longer than expected for my order. The cleanliness of the facilities was also subpar, which was a disappointment. On the positive side, the food options were decent and prices were fair. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. It's not a bad option if you're in a pinch, but there's definitely room for improvement. 😕
