Recently, I collaborated with a design agency for a project, and while they did a decent job, I think there is room for improvement. The designs lacked uniqueness and didn't really stand out. However, the team at Jac in a box creative did a much better job with their creative ideas and execution. They brought a fresh perspective to the project and their attention to detail was commendable. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience working with them.
