The experience I had with Rom-eurotrade was disappointing. I ordered a bike and it took much longer than expected for it to be delivered. When it finally arrived, there were some minor damages to the frame. The customer service was not very helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I would not recommend Rom-eurotrade.
